Our integrated Yoga + Pilates Teacher Training program fuses mindful movement with classical form and contemporary flows. Whether your passion is guiding others in deep stretch, strengthening core alignment, or cultivating presence in the group setting—you’ll leave prepared to teach with confidence, clarity, and connection. (All cohorts are hosted at our Echo Park Location)

Estimated Hours Breakdown:

  • In-Person Lecture & Lab: 50 hrs

  • Self-Practice & Study: 30 hrs

  • Observation & Assist Hours: 20 hrs

  • Mentorship / Teaching Practice: 40 hrs

  • Final Assessments & Exams: 10 hrs

We’re looking for instructors who lead with presence, clarity, and genuine curiosity. During your audition / interview, you may be asked to:

  • Lead a short movement sequence (yoga or Pilates)

  • Demonstrate your verbal cues, pacing, and transitions

  • Share how you connect with people, build a safe space, and respond to varying student levels

  • Be open to feedback and adjustments—growth mindset is key

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all. Our program welcomes both aspiring and experienced instructors. Whether you’re deepening your personal practice or preparing to teach professionally, our mentorship and hands-on guidance meet you where you are.

  • Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll receive a Yoga + Pilates Teacher Training Certificate, qualifying you to confidently lead group classes and private sessions across multiple disciplines.

  • Training weekends run January 5–March 13, with sessions on Fridays (2–7pm), Saturdays (9am–5pm), and Sundays (9am–5pm). Outside of in-person weekends, you’ll also complete self-practice, study, and mentorship hours as part of the certification requirements.

  • We understand that conflicts can arise. Limited make-up options may be available through private sessions or recorded materials. Please notify your lead trainer in advance to coordinate the best solution.

  • Yes. You can choose between a one-time payment or five monthly payments. Pricing tiers are based on your sign-up window — Early Bird ($2,499), Standard ($2,999), or Late ($3,999).

  • Bring comfortable movement clothing, a mat, water, and a notebook. All props and reformer equipment are provided on-site. Be ready to move, learn, and connect.
