North Ray Foundations
Great for: All levels, a full body strength and stretch, quieting the mind
A steady, purposeful, accessible and challenging sequence designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus. With its roots in therapeutic yoga for long-term health of the spine, this class holds poses for 3-7 breaths, working every muscle while also giving students a chance to land in stillness and awareness.

North Ray Flow 1
Great for: boosting energy, a moving meditation
An intentionally designed Vinyasa class that builds stability, challenges the cardiovascular system and allows you to dive deep into flow state. Expect a steady pace, clean transitions, and a full-body sweat. We recommend students who are new to hot yoga take 3-5 North Ray Foundations classes first.
-

North Ray Flow 2
Great for: building endurance, exploring more advanced postures
A strong, creative vinyasa class with dynamic sequences and room to explore. You’ll find intelligently crafted transitions and flows leading to a challenging peak pose. We recommend students who are newer to Vinyasa take 3-5 North Ray Flow 1 classes first.

Yang/Yin
Great for: feeling both strong and deeply relaxed
This class is all about balance. First, the Yang: an energizing, heat-building flow to awaken your strength and focus. Then, the Yin: long, supported holds to melt tension, release fascia, and reset your nervous system.
-

Yin
Great for: joint health and sleep support
A slow, meditative practice that uses long, floor-based holds (up to 5 minutes) to target deep connective tissues—like fascia, joints, and ligaments. Yin can be mentally challenging and physically unfamiliar, but it feels as nourishing as restorative yoga.
-

Core Flow
Great for: core strength, keeping it fresh
A challenging fusion class that blends Vinyasa yoga and Pilates core strengthening exercises. This core focused flow class is a great way to build the strength required for the progression of your Vinyasa practice. It is recommended that you have previous experience in our North Ray Flow 1 or 2 classes.
-

HIIT Pilates
Great for: cross-training, cardio + strength combo
HIIT Pilates is a low-impact, high-intensity class inspired by Pilates principles. We work in intervals - short bursts of work followed by quick recovery - asking the body to work both your cardio and muscular systems all at once. This one is challenging, seriously sweaty, fun and will build endurance and power. Heated to 98 degrees.
