STUDIO GUIDELINES

STUDIO GUIDELINES

Principles for Practice

Guiding list of principles for how to show up at during practice.

Our classes are grounded, challenging, as well as accessible - balanced with nervous system care, humor, and heart.

Our classes have depth and lightness

Creating a space that feels safe, grounding, and supportive for everyone is at the heart of what we do. These shared agreements help us protect the energy of the studio, the integrity of our classes, and the experience you come here for.

    • You can reserve your spot up to 7 days in advance using our app or website.

    • We do not accept bookings or cancellations via phone or email.

    • Cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid penalties or losing your credit.

    • Cancellations must be made online or via the app.

    • Unlimited Members: Late cancel (less than 2 hours before): $10 fee, No-show (didn’t cancel + didn’t show): $20 fee

    • Class Card Holders & Drop-Ins Late cancel or no-show: Loss of class credit

    • If a class is full, join the waitlist anyway - spots often open up!

    • If a cancellation happens, the next person in line is automatically added to class (you’ll get an email if notifications are on) up until 2 hours before class.

    • Once added, you’re responsible for attending or canceling, just like a regular booking.

    • If you’re on the waitlist but can’t make it, remove yourself early to avoid getting added last-minute and hit with a late cancel fee.

  • We know life happens. But holding your spot means someone else might not get one. The adobe guidelines help us keep the studio fair, flowing, and a chance for a spot on the mat for all.

Our teachers are forever students - curious, down-to-earth, and committed to both tradition and being their wonderfully, quirky selves.

Humble, human teachers

This is more than movement - it is connection, repair, and community. You’ll feel it in savasana while looking up at those tall ceilings and skylights - it is a place to feel safe and supported.

Space to heal and belong

FREQUENTLY ASKED

FREQUENTLY ASKED

How hot does it get?

All of our classes are taught in a heated room. We use radiant heat panels, which warm people and surfaces directly (kind of like sunshine, but indoors).  It's hot, but designed to support safe, deep movement and sweaty challenging classes. Our temperature ranges from 98–100°F.

What facilities are available?

We’ve got you covered with pronoun-based change rooms, keyless lockers to store your stuff and showers stocked with soap, shampoo & conditioner. Please note that we don’t allow personal belongings in the hot room - just your mat, towel, and water - so lock up valuables or leave them at home.

What should I bring to class?

Come in clothing you can comfortably move and sweat in that is group class friendly and bring a yoga mat, a towel (to practice/sweat on) and a water bottle (being hydrated is key and we have filtered water stations to help you stay that way)!

Forgot something? We’ve got you. All towels and mats are available to rent for $3 each, and Boxed Water is sold at the front desk for $3.

Where do I park at La Brea?

The most LA question ever!

For our La Brea location, your best bet is metered or free street parking in the area. Please be mindful of street cleaning and permit times and give yourself plenty of time to arrive.

Can I bring a guest?

Absolutely! Unlimited Members get guest passes each billing cycle and Class Card holders & Drop-Ins can use existing credits to book a friend. To book a guest: head to our app or website, click “Reserve for Guest,” and enter their email. You don’t need to be present with them, but you are responsible for any late cancels or no-shows.

Where do I park at Echo Park?

For our Echo Park location, we have complimentary valet on-site (Aaron Street entrance) for our Members on a first come, first served basis. For Class Card Holders & Drop Ins, our valet on-site parking is $3. Parking is limited and not guaranteed, so give yourself extra time to find street parking if needed and be mindful of our neighbors on Aaron Street as we are in a residential neighborhood.
