Our classes meet you where you are - whether you’re just starting out or deep into your practice - you can expect a challenging sweat, with pockets of rest. Our teachers and students alike tend to be curious, kind, and not afraid of the mess of repair - each class helps you reconnect with your body, reset your mind, and reconnect you with you.
Our contrast therapy is available to you to experience the healing power of hot and cold immersion. Whether you are led by one of our amazing guides, who are there to support you through your time in the cold plunge, or are self-guiding yourself, these sessions are here to promote circulation, reduce inflammation, and help you build resilience, clarity and mental focus.
